• High school diploma or G.E.D. and 5 years of related experience.
• Two years of experience in zoning, planning, or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the zoning counter, providing guidance to staff and customers.
• Issue zoning approvals by researching zoning districts, uses, and ordinance interpretations.
• Assist the public by answering questions and guiding processes and procedures.
