Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Preconstruction Zoning / Due Diligence Manager to lead site selection and planning for a rapidly expanding EV service center network. You will evaluate site feasibility, navigate zoning and permitting, and coordinate with internal teams and city agencies to overcome regulatory challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in zoning, entitlements, and due diligence for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site development programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive preconstruction assessments including zoning, land use, title, survey, environmental, and geotechnical reviews.
• Interpret local codes and ordinances, develop entitlement strategies, and secure approvals and variances.
• Oversee multiple active projects, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Manage third-party consultants, legal teams, and technical experts to ensure timely delivery of due diligence materials.
