Qualifications

• At least two years of law firm experience in land use and real estate.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania MPC and local zoning/land development regulations preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in zoning, land development, and land use before boards and commissions.
• Advise clients on zoning ordinances, regulations, permitting, and entitlement processes.
• Assist with due diligence for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Draft and review zoning applications, land development submissions, easement agreements, covenants, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on land use and municipal issues.
• Attend public hearings and client meetings; work independently and in teams.
