Qualifications

At least two years of law firm experience in land use and transactional real estate matters.
Familiarity with Pennsylvania MPC and local zoning regulations preferred.
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in zoning, land development, and land use matters before municipal boards and other bodies.
Advise clients on zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, permitting requirements, and entitlement processes.
Assist with due diligence and regulatory review for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
Draft and review zoning applications, land development submissions, easement agreements, and related documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on land use, municipal, and real estate issues.
Attend public hearings, municipal meetings, and client meetings.
Work independently and in teams.
