Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular code/ordinance reviews and investigates complaints; enforces codes and amendments.
• Responds to complaints; interprets and enforces county zoning and related ordinances; informs public on compliance.
• Initiates legal proceedings in coordination with county legal/enforcement staff; schedules hearings and prepares testimonies.
• Presents abatement and non-compliance reports to the Board of County Commissioners.
