Graybar Electric Company in Stafford, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage all aspects of warehouse operations, lead the team, supervise inbound/outbound shipping, and ensure loading and inventory integrity. The role emphasizes safety, ISO compliance, and secure handling of equipment and materials.

The position offers a Monday–Friday shift from 10:00am to 7:00pm with a base salary starting at $55,000 annually and bonus eligibility based on business metrics.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills including ability to delegate and prioritize.
• Ability to safely perform physical activities associated with warehouse work.
• Knowledge of proper use of PPE.
• Experience using warehouse management systems.
• 2+ years supervisory, warehouse and logistics experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.

• Select routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in compliance.

Job description

Make a difference. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations. You will supervise the warehouse team, supervise implementation and maintenance of logistics processes, and oversee inventory management, security, and safety of the warehouse.

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm or depending on business needs.

Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $55,000 annually, more depending on experience and negotiations. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
