Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise staff. The role involves directing inbound/outbound shipping, routing for trucks, and maintaining equipment security to meet ISO standards.

Make a difference.

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations.

In this role you will:

• Supervise warehouse staff and designate daily work assignments
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipping activity, ensure customer service goals are attained
• Select routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in compliance
• Maintain security of warehouse equipment and material
• Ensure all procedures are followed under ISO regulations and ensure employees are following safety rules.

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm or depending on business needs.

Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $50,000 annually, more depending on experience and negotiations. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.

• Knowledge of proper use of PPE
