Job summary

Graybar seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations at our Santa Teresa facility, coordinating daily tasks and staff to meet service goals.

The role requires leadership, safety focus and hands-on experience with warehouse management systems; the base salary starts at $50,000 with potential for bonuses and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory, warehouse and logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of proper use of PPE.
• Ability to safely perform physical activities associated with warehouse work.

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations.

In this role you will:

• Supervise warehouse staff and designate daily work assignments
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipping activity, ensure customer service goals are attained
• Select routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in compliance
• Maintain security of warehouse equipment and material
• Ensure all procedures are followed under ISO regulations and ensure employees are following safety rules.

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm or depending on business needs.

Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $50,000 annually, more depending on experience and negotiations. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.

• Leadership skills including ability to delegate and prioritize
• Ability to safely perform physical activities associated with warehouse work
• Knowledge of proper use of PPE
• Experience using warehouse management systems
• 2+ years supervisory, warehouse and logistics experience preferred
• 4 year degree preferred
