Job summary

The Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking its best. You will focus on your assigned zone, support sales, and uphold the store appearance and standards.

Responsibilities include merchandising to planograms, knowing current promotions, assisting with receiving, pricing items, and recovering the sales floor. A high school diploma is preferred; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Position Overview

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
