Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and zone upkeep within the assigned store area.

You will support promotions, help with receiving and pricing, and ensure the zone stays neat and organized while contributing to a team-driven environment. This is an on-site retail position with a requirement to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
