Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and support merchandising and zone upkeep.

You will promote current promotions, handle receiving and pricing tasks, and ensure the zone stays neat and organized while collaborating with a friendly team. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
