Scotbilt Homes, a division of Champion Home Builders, Inc. of Millen, GA, is seeking a full-time Zone Sales Representative to join our Sales Team.

The role sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis, with a benefits package including 401k, paid vacation, holidays, medical, Rx, dental, vision and life insurance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training is acceptable.
• Sales experience is desired.
• Manufactured housing industry experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and highlights salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Forwards orders to manufacturer.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Summary: Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Forwards orders to manufacturer.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales experience desired
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired
