Stryten Energy’s Network Power batteries offer maximum efficiency and reliability for various applications including UPS, data centers, telecom, utilities, and emergency lighting. When your primary power source fails, you can rely on back-up power solutions from Stryten Energy.

The Zone Sales Manager will be responsible for all Network Power customer activity in the territory, leading a regional sales team of VARs and Manufacturer’s Reps to meet revenue and profitability goals. This home-based role can be located in Illinois (Chicago), Minnesota (Minneapolis), or Texas (Dallas). The salary range is $133,000 - $156,000 annually, with potential bonuses, equity, or commissions, plus full benefits.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with VARs and Reps to achieve sales targets, strengthen existing relationships, and develop new accounts. Hire, train, motivate, and guide team members.
  2. Develop relationships with key decision-makers, earn industry credibility, and stay informed on market trends and competitors.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop products, programs, and promotions to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
  4. Analyze sales data, adjust territory alignments, develop forecasts, and work with management on strategic sales planning.
  5. Evaluate technical RFP details and respond accordingly.

Qualifications

Travel

40% - 60% as needed.
