Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Operations Lead in the United States to oversee end-to-end planning for field resources in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes developing training for Customer Service Coordinators, ensuring quality and process compliance, and performing CCC-Ops functions with Workforce Management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end planning for allocation and deployment of field resources in a dynamic environment.
Develop and deliver training programs to increase the skill set of Customer Service Coordinators; provide quality and process oversight.
Perform CCC-Ops functions as staffing warrants and redistribute workload with Workforce Management.
Understand and apply situational leadership in daily activities; proxy for managers in business processes and engagements.
Apply statistical and/or logical techniques to describe, condense, and evaluate data; identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with CCC peers to ensure consistent application of established processes.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Zone Operations Lead, you will be responsible for :

Supporting the E2E planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources in a highly dynamic environment.
Develops and delivers training and education programs aimed at increasing the skill set of the Customer Service Coordinators, provides quality & process assurance oversight
Performs CCC-Ops functions as staffing warrants and/or redistributing team daily workload based on staffing and volume in conjunction with Workforce Management.
Ability to understand the situational leadership model and apply appropriately.
Ability to proxy for managers in business processes and RSM interactions.
Systematically applies statistical and/or logical techniques to describe and illustrate, condense, and recap, and evaluate data.
Proactively seeks opportunities for improvements and may define and suggests strategies for implementation.

The base pay range for this position is:

$71,130 - $97,801

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
