Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking a Zone Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end planning and deployment of field resources, shaping service offerings with a strategic, data-driven approach.

You will coach and train Customer Service Coordinators, drive process consistency with CCC teams, and manage workloads while delivering reliable service and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the E2E planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources in a highly dynamic environment.
• Develops and delivers training and education programs aimed at increasing the skill set of the Customer Service Coordinators, provides quality & process assurance oversight.
• Performs CCC-Ops functions as staffing warrants and/or redistributing team daily workload based on staffing and volume in conjunction with Workforce Management.
• Ability to understand the situational leadership model and apply appropriately.
• Ability to proxy for managers in business processes and RSM interactions.
• Systematically applies statistical and/or logical techniques to describe and illustrate, condense, and recap, and evaluate data.
• Proactively seeks opportunities for improvements and may define and suggest strategies for implementation.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a customer related role in a fast-paced environment.
• Can translate expert knowledge to non-experts and tailor messages to the needs of target groups.
• Finds the right level of advice - quantitatively and qualitatively and uses suitable media/channels.
• Has a realistic perspective on individual skills and competencies.
• Is an enthusiast for observing others to improve and develop.
• Proficient in Microsoft functions, Excel is a MUST.
• Some Data Analytics knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience as a Team Lead in this Organization or outside of Operations.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range for this position is: $71,130 - $97,801.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
