Job summary

Golden State Foods in Conyers, GA is seeking a Cup Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to safely operate dipping cup machines, perform changeovers, monitor product quality, and ensure sanitation and documentation accuracy. As a full-time team member, you will handle weights, assist with adjustments, and maintain a clean, compliant production area in a humid, fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing all shift, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and adherence to GMP and safety procedures.

• Identify correct film, cups, lids, boxes, and coding.
• Change cups, lids, seal pads, blades, and film.
• Perform weight adjustments to maintain product weights.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Complete inspection and downtime documentation.
• Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment (CIP/COP).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Cup Machine Operator to safely operate dipping cup machines, perform changeovers, monitor product quality, and ensure sanitation and documentation accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate small, large, and round dipping cup machines
• Identify correct film, cups, lids, boxes, and coding
• Change cups, lids, seal pads, blades, and film
• Perform weight adjustments to maintain product weights
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Complete inspection and downtime documentation
• Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment (CIP/COP)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to stand/walk 7+ hours
• Ability to lift 25–100 lbs as required
• Ability to work in wet, humid, cold, hot, and noisy environments

THE SCHEDULE & SETTING

• Full-time role in a multi-temp production environment
• Exposure to moving machinery and chemicals
• PPE required
