Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Lead Production Associate for the 3rd shift in Conyers, GA. You will lead production teams to operate equipment safely, maintain quality and cleanliness, and support continuous improvement on the line.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating start-ups and shut-downs, inspecting equipment, assisting with training, and aligning production flow with the supervisor’s schedule. Competitive pay and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of departmental operational positions and procedures.
• Ability to perform lockout/tagout.
• Ability to complete and review production paperwork.
• Ability to disassemble/reassemble equipment using COP/CIP processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

LP Lead Person 3rd shift

About The Role

Lead production associates to properly operate equipment from a safety, quality, and efficient perspective, while maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment.

What You'll Do

The Schedule & Setting

Role requires frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in wet/humid environments, and exposure to extreme temperatures and noise.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $27.47/hr. Full benefits package available per company policy.
