Golden State Foods in Conyers, GA is seeking a dependable Compounder for 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM) to prepare and blend ingredients for high-quality products. You will follow detailed formulas, operate mixing equipment, and ensure batches meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ months of manufacturing experience, ability to read formulas, strong math skills, and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs while wearing a full-face respirator.

About The Role

We’re looking for a dependable Compounder to help prepare and blend ingredients that go into our high‑quality food products. In this hands‑on role, you’ll follow detailed formulas, operate mixing equipment, and ensure each batch meets safety and quality standards.
