Job summary

The Building People seeks a Zonal Program Manager to lead and coordinate real estate and leasing programs across an assigned zone. You will ensure contract performance, align resources, and provide senior-level guidance to project teams, brokers, and customer agencies.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial real estate/government leasing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including at least two years in leadership and three years in commercial real estate/government leasing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Training in Lease Acquisition, Pricing in Leased Space, and GLS Max Orientation is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and provide leadership and timely resolution of program issues across the assigned zone.
• Oversee zonal operations, staffing coordination, and continuity of support across lease projects.
• Ensure contract performance aligns with task orders, policies, and schedules.
• Coordinate with leasing specialists, project teams, agencies, and stakeholders for planning and execution.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead meetings and provide status updates to customers.
• Mentor staff and promote adherence to contract requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and better customer outcomes.
