Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Zonal Program Manager to lead the execution of support services in a designated geographic zone, ensuring contract performance and coordination across stakeholders in leasing and related real estate activities.

You will oversee day‑to‑day zonal operations, coordinate with Transaction Managers and Brokers, monitor milestones and metrics, and drive continuous improvement while upholding contract requirements and customer priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and provide leadership across the assigned zone.
• Provide day-to-day management of zonal operations, including workload balancing and staffing coordination.
• Oversee contract performance for portfolios of work and ensure compliance with task orders and policies.
• Coordinate with leasing specialists, project teams, subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders for planning and execution.
• Monitor progress, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics; flag risks and constraints.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, status updates, and contract documentation.
• Support quality assurance and compliance by reviewing work products and processes.
• Lead or participate in kickoff meetings, reviews, and customer engagements.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to staff and points of contact.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced coordination.
