Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino is seeking a Zip Rider Attendant to oversee top and bottom station operations and guest interactions. You will explain safety rules, operate the zip rider, and coordinate with managers to resolve guest concerns.

The role requires 18+, ability to work at heights, and a background in hospitality with strong communication and teamwork. Training and performance standards are emphasized to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must have a minimum of 8 hours of training plus an observation period.
• Greeting customers and mounting/dismounting trolleys to the track cable and securing trolley to the launch block.
• Confirmation via radio from lop/bottom tower that track cables and landing platforms are clear.
• Fully understands all rescue procedures and contributes to rescue efforts when needed.
• Must report any incidents to managers as soon as possible.
• Constant communication with top and bottom attendants.
• Monitor harnesses and trolleys to ensure daily inspection requirements are met.
• Maintain IMGR&C appearance standards and professional demeanor.
• Attendance must comply with company policy; willingness to work events.

Responsibilities

• Operate Zip Rider at top and bottom stations.
• Ensure safety procedures and rescue procedures are followed.
• Provide guests with directions and information; address comments/complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist managers with daily inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Keep equipment and work areas neat, clean, and in good repair.
• Take ownership of guest problems until resolved and communicate outcomes.
