Job summary

Eco-Products is seeking a Product and Zero Waste Specialist to drive waste-diversion sales for our customer base. You will work with haulers, composters, and sustainability-minded clients to promote compostable packaging and grow market share across our Colorado and regional markets.

You will collaborate with the broader team, become a subject-matter expert on compostable products, and lead the development of new business through proactive outreach, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience driving waste diversion sales with a sustainability focus.
• Ability to advise prospects and customers on compostable packaging solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to support regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive waste diverting operator sales in coordination with the RSM and brokers.
• Serve as a consultant to prospects and clients on sustainable packaging and diversion.
• Develop relationships with compost manufacturers and haulers.
• Understand compostable products' real-world performance in food service.
• Stay informed on market conditions, legislation, and competitor products.
• Answer questions on products, prices, availability and uses; train distributors.
• Develop new business; follow leads, attend trade shows and conferences.
• Create and present presentations to communicate Eco-Products' value.
• Other duties as assigned.
