Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions within a global IT environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to secure our network, assess risks, and respond to incidents.

As part of EY's Zero Trust initiative, you will implement access controls, enforce security policies, and guide colleagues on best practices while thriving in a flexible, hybrid work model across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
