Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure network performance and conduct risk assessments and incident responses.

The role focuses on Zero Trust strategies, access controls, and policy enforcement, with a strong emphasis on security governance and collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network security or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 and related standards.
• Certifications such as CISSP or ZCCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler.
• Implement and manage security policies in the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler best practices.
• Stay up to date with Zscaler trends and technologies.
