Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. You will work with multiple teams to ensure security and performance of our network infrastructure, conduct risk assessments, and respond to security incidents.

As a core part of our Zero Trust services, you will help align security management with business goals, manage access to resources, and enforce policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Certificates such as ZCCP, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 and other standards.
