Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks an experienced Zero Trust & Network Security Manager to lead engineering and operations for DTCC's Zero Trust platforms, including Zscaler and Akamai solutions. This senior role focuses on platform stability, scalability, and resilience across identity, device, network, and data security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on Cybersecurity related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, operations, and continuous optimization of DTCC's Zero Trust and Network Security platforms, including Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange and Akamai security solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) services, ensuring platform stability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Zscaler and network security platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and operational support for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and associated Zero Trust access services.
• Evaluate security architecture, identify opportunities for improvement, and align security capabilities with DTCC's Zero Trust strategy and evolving business requirements.
• Lead operational support and continuous improvement activities for Network Security technologies, including Akamai WAF, DDoS protection, IDS/IPS, DNS security, and related security controls.
• Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Network teams to strengthen enterprise security posture and operational resilience.
• Drive platform lifecycle management, governance, process automation, and service reliability across Zero Trust and Network Security technologies.
