Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
• Proven experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, and QoS.

Responsibilities

• Execute deployment plans aligned with the Zscaler Platform Manager’s product roadmap.
• Provide tier-2 support for complex network and Zscaler-related deployment issues.
• Deliver implementation services that align with customer-success objectives.
