Job summary

Sciata is seeking a Zscaler Network Security Engineer to manage and operate its Zero Trust security infrastructure with a strong focus on Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX). The ideal candidate will perform advanced troubleshooting and take on complex deployment tasks while addressing critical connectivity issues.

This role includes responsibilities like designing Zscaler policies, managing network integrations, and providing high-level escalation support. Candidates must have proven experience with Zscaler and be able to ensure optimal network security operations.

Qualifications

• MUST have Zscaler experience managing Zero Trust security infrastructure.
• Ability to perform Layer 3-7 troubleshooting using Wireshark.
• Strong experience in network security operations and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Zero Trust security infrastructure with Zscaler.
• Support ongoing deployments utilizing Workspace ONE and Zscaler tenants.
• Provide Level 3 escalation support for service desk issues related to ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
