Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Zero Trust Integration Advisor with a TS/SCI clearance to support DoW components from Alexandria, VA. The role coordinates Zero Trust implementation, aligning schedules, milestones, and progress updates for consistent execution.

The advisor will brief Flag Officers and senior executives, manage cross-component collaboration, and translate complex security concepts into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, or program integration/management within complex, multi-component organizations.
• Strong briefing experience with senior leaders (e.g., Flag Officers, SES).
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks and policies (e.g., NIST SP 800-207 ZT Architecture, NIST SP 800-53, SP 800-37 RMF).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the integration advisor for Zero Trust implementation across DoW Components.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, and progress updates to ensure timely Zero Trust advancement.
• Lead senior-level briefings with Flag Officers and senior civilians on status, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate cross-component exchanges to drive interoperability and consensus.
• Translate complex technical concepts into executive-ready narratives and roadmaps.
• Develop enterprise communication and stakeholder engagement strategies for alignment at the executive level.
• Establish governance mechanisms, KPIs, and dashboards for transparent reporting.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive mitigation plans and decision forums.
