Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Zero Trust ICAM & PKI SME to lead identity, credentialing and access programs on USCENTCOM networks. You will design, deploy, and operate enterprise ICAM, PKI and IAM solutions in a DoD-focused environment.

The role requires 10+ years of engineering and operations experience, Active Secret clearance or TS/SCI eligibility, and requirements such as Security+ or CISSP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related engineering and operations experience.
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or six years of related cyber/information assurance experience.
• DoD 8140 / DoW 8570 IAT II/III or IAM II/III certifications; Security+ CE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity management, credentialing, and access control across DoD networks.
• Design, deploy, and operate PKI, CLM, CA/RA, OCSP, and HSM solutions.
• Implement and govern IAM/IBAC/ABAC/PBAC with PAM and SSO integrations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce Zero Trust policies.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and compliance with DoD ICAM/STIGs.
