Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Zero Trust ICAM & PKI SME to advance USCENTCOM network security. You will lead engineering, deployment, and operation of identity-centric solutions across enclaves, aligning with DoD Zero Trust principles.

This role requires 10+ years in enterprise IT/cyber, active Secret clearance, DoD IAM/IAT certifications, and hands-on PKI, AD, SAML, and mTLS expertise. Travel up to 10% to OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related cyber/IT experience.
• DoD 8140 / DoD 8570 IAT II/III or IAM II/III Certification with role-based credentials.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT/cybersecurity engineering and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate enterprise Identity Management solutions.
• Configure, harden, and manage PKI infrastructure (CAs, RAs, OCSP, HSMs).
• Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance deployments (e.g., SailPoint, Delinea).
• Implement SSO/federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and zero-trust access controls.
• Maintain DoD-compliant documentation, policies, and disaster recovery plans.
