Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• 5+ years leading identity management/AD/core domain services.
• 5+ years supporting mission-critical DoD/IC environments.
• Experience in globally distributed classified environments (DoD/IC/coalition).
• Proficient in Windows Server, AD DS, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and identity architecture.
• DOW 8140/8570 IAT baseline certs (CISSP/CASP+/Security+) and related certifications.
• GCWN and Microsoft Identity Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations, engineering, and security hardening of AD DS, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy Architectures.
• Lead identity lifecycle management and disaster recovery planning; ensure compliance.
• Modernize legacy directory structures toward Zero Trust with secure micro-segmentation.
• Oversee global authentication lifecycles; drive MFA adoption and adaptive controls.
• Manage user and service accounts; enforce security requirements and best practices.
• Provide guidance during incidents, outages, and emergency response affecting mission services.
• Ensure ABAC governance and program guidance across the team.
• Oversee project plans, vendors, and stakeholder communications; mentorship.
