Job summary

VIATEQ Corporation is seeking an ICAM Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a prime contractor and government customer. This remote role, based in the Montgomery, AL area, requires an active Secret clearance at minimum and will drive unified identity governance within a Zero Trust enterprise architecture.

You will design scalable onboarding lanes, leverage DevSecOps models, and integrate legacy workloads with platforms like Okta and SailPoint without disrupting mission operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise ICAM Identity and Access Management experience for federal customers.
• Okta Certified Consultant Certification is required.
• Active Secret clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for integrating access management and identity governance into a unified Zero Trust architecture across enterprise environments.
• Design and execute scalable, high-throughput onboarding and migration processes to integrate legacy and modern workloads with Okta and SailPoint.
• Implement automated migration pipelines and repeatable deployment workflows for onboarding, configuration, testing, and production releases.
• Develop and maintain standardized migration playbooks, procedures, validation criteria, and rollback plans.
• Coordinate engineers, application owners, cybersecurity, and client stakeholders to resolve dependencies and manage risks.
• Ensure migrations meet client security policies, regulatory requirements, and least-privilege principles.
• Translate migration strategies and milestones into actionable recommendations for client leadership.
