Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Senior ICAM Migration SME to lead the integration of identity and access management across federal workloads. This remote role is within driving distance of Washington, DC, and requires active Secret clearance.

You will architect and execute high‑throughput onboarding lanes, unify IAM governance into a cohesive Zero Trust fabric, and oversee DevSecOps deployment models using Okta and SailPoint while ensuring strict DAF compliance and continuous authentication.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise ICAM and Access Management for federal customers.
• Experience as Migration SME to unify IAM and identity governance into Zero Trust architecture.
• Ability to design migration playbooks and coordinate engineering teams for DoD/DAF compliance and continuous authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Senior ICAM Migration SME to unify access management and identity governance into Zero Trust.
• Design and execute high-throughput application onboarding lanes leveraging DevSecOps for integrating legacy workloads with Okta and SailPoint.
• Establish migration playbooks and coordinate engineering teams to ensure DAF compliance and continuous authentication.
• Bridge technical execution with DAF leadership to accelerate secure enterprise identity fabric deployment.

Experience Required:

12+ years in enterprise ICAM Identity and Access Management and Authorization support for a federal customer.

• Senior ICAM Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as the primary technical director uniting access management and identity governance into a cohesive Zero Trust architecture.
• This expert would design and execute high-throughput application onboarding lanes, leveraging automated DevSecOps deployment models to rapidly integrate legacy workloads across enterprise platforms like Okta and SailPoint without disrupting mission operations.
• By establishing standardized migration playbooks and coordinating specialized engineering teams, the SME ensures that each transition strictly adheres to Department of the Air Force (DAF) compliance and continuous authentication mandates.
• Ultimately, the Migration SME acts as the strategic linchpin between technical execution and DAF leadership, accelerating the delivery of a secure, unified enterprise identity fabric at an unprecedented scale.
