Job summary

VIATEQ Corporation seeks a Senior Okta Engineer to support a federal customer. This remote role is based out of the Montgomery, AL area and requires an active Secret clearance.

The engineer will configure and troubleshoot Okta integrations across NIPRNet, implement SSO/MFA, identity federation (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC), and automate access policy deployments via CI/CD while aligning with Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise Okta ICAM Identity and Access Management and Authorization for a federal customer
• Okta Certified Administrator Certification
• Active Secret Clearance or higher

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate legacy applications into the centralized ICAM platform, including NIPRNet applications.
• Implement and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, identity federation, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with application owners to assess legacy authentication methods and resolve integration issues.
• Deploy and maintain identity configurations and access policies through automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot identity synchronization issues and ensure phishing-resistant authentication and Zero Trust access requirements.
