Job summary

Pueo Business Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced Zero Trust Current-State Architect to document and diagram the organization’s existing technical and operational architecture. You will interview stakeholders, map dependencies, and produce CONOPS artifacts that support modernization efforts.

The role requires deep knowledge of current-state mapping, MBSE techniques, and enterprise architecture practices within DoD IC and cyber domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related STEM field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, cybersecurity architecture, or related roles.
• Hold a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state architecture discovery on a service-by-service and organization-by-organization basis, documenting mission workflows, data flows, interfaces, and controls.
• Develop architecture drawings, dependency maps, interface diagrams, system context diagrams, workflow views, and CONOPS products.
• Interview system owners, mission stakeholders, engineers, operators, security teams, and program personnel to collect, validate, and reconcile architecture information.
• Identify architecture gaps, unknowns, technical debt, and risks during current-state mapping.
• Capture As-Is CONOPS, operational scenarios, data movements, and system interactions for future-state planning.
• Build and maintain current-state artifacts using MBSE, enterprise architecture, diagramming, and collaboration tools.
