Job summary

Solution One Industries seeks a Quality Control Technician to support West Texas and New Mexico CBP operations from Marfa, TX. You will implement and sustain the quality management system, drive Zero-Defect initiatives, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are defined, measured, and improved.

The role requires ISO/AS9100 experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with program, operations, and supply chain teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in manufacturing technology, industrial technology, or quality management, and/or 3–5 years of quality control experience.
• Experience applying ISO, AS9100, or comparable quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen and ability to pass CBP background investigation.
• Experience in large, geographically dispersed or HQ-level quality surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure the quality management system and Zero-Defect initiatives for CBP operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 across program elements.
• Provide data for process improvement, nonconformance reports, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with program, operations, and supply chain management to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
• Maintain quality metrics and drive corrective actions when needed.
