Job summary

Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC is seeking a friendly cashier in Winston-Salem, NC to welcome guests, explain menu items, and answer questions. You will take orders, handle payments, operate the register, and help in stocking, cleaning, and basic drink prep to keep the flow smooth.

Must be customer-focused and reliable. Responsibilities include taking outdoor tablet orders, presenting complete orders, thanking guests, and maintaining a clean dining area, including restrooms.

• Ability to handle cash and give correct change.

• Explain menu items and answer product questions as raised by guests.
• Take guests orders accurately.
• Accept payment from guests and make change correctly.
• Operate the cash register and be responsible for cash receipts.
• Take orders outside on tablets.
• Present orders to guests properly with all necessary items.
• Thank each guest for their business.
• Stock adequate supplies behind counter and in dining area.
• Prep drinks and assist in kitchen as needed to continue smooth flow of the operation.
• Clean all guest areas including restrooms.
• Remove trash from the receptacles and place at rear of building.
