Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC is seeking a friendly Cashier to welcome guests, take orders, and manage payments at the counter. You’ll operate a POS system and a tablet, ensure quick, accurate transactions, and keep the dining area stocked and tidy.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented approach with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash, operate a POS system, and balance cash at the end of shifts.
• Comfort with talking to guests and answering questions about the menu.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and energy.
• Explain menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Take orders at the counter or on the tablet.
• Ring up purchases accurately and manage cash/drawer.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and dining area.
• Assist with drink preparation or kitchen backup as needed.
• Ensure orders are complete and handed to guests with a smile.
• Keep trash and back-of-house areas tidy.

• Send out orders complete, correct, and looking sharp
• Give every guest a genuine thank-you on their way out
• Keep the counter and dining area fully stocked
• Jump into drink prep or kitchen backup when the team needs an extra hand
• Help keep guest spaces spotless, restrooms included
• Take out the trash and keep things fresh out back
