Overview

We are looking for a team-oriented, highly motivated, and energetic person to join our Zaxby's team. The role involves working in various positions throughout the restaurant, including interacting with guests, taking orders, cashiering, preparing/cooking food, and cleaning/maintenance.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Greet guests promptly, take food/drink orders, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate receipts.
• Explain menu items, answer customer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Manage cash payments, verify tills, and record totals accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including dining areas, counters, bathrooms, and exterior.
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Stock necessary supplies such as paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages.
• Prepare menu items safely and hygienically, following safety regulations.
• Assist with kitchen and back-of-house tasks as assigned.
• Follow safety guidelines and work with a sense of urgency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management and participate in training as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Must be neat in appearance and wear the provided uniform.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
