Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
• Maintain ice surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
• Answer phones and respond to questions about programs (if needed).
• Make decisions quickly with confidence.
• Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements & Attendance

• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule – nights, weekends, holidays as business needs.
• Occasional sitting; frequent walking, reaching, talking and hearing.
