Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience.
- Experience must include z/OS, MVS, REXX, HLASM, Wireshark, IPCS, VTAM, SNA, and the TCP/IP model.

- Support and troubleshoot z/OS Communications Server, diagnosing complex software, configuration, connectivity, and performance issues through dump, log, and packet analysis.
- Develop scripts and utilities, identify and deliver code fixes, document findings, and provide SME for AI-enabled Communications Server features.
