Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a visually driven YouTube thumbnail designer to own the channel’s visual packaging. You’ll create thumbnails, banners, and related visuals that clearly communicate video value and improve CTR, while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, collaborating with content creators, editors, and channel leads to ensure thumbnails align with video hooks, messaging, and publishing deadlines. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails, ideally at volume.
• Strong portfolio showing composition and performance-driven thumbnails.
• High proficiency in Photoshop, Figma or Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact thumbnails for new videos, shorts, and back-catalog refreshes.
• Turn video ideas into impactful visuals and multiple concepts.
• Collaborate with analysts to run A/B tests and optimize CTR.
• Use data to iterate and raise click-through performance.
• Maintain a consistent visual system across the channel.
