Job summary

UPWAY is seeking a Production Partner to run the video engine behind our YouTube channel, turning raw footage into long-form episodes people actually finish watching.

This on-site role at our Los Angeles UpCenter will work with our on-camera host and marketing team. Minimum commitment is 4 to 5 full production days per month, on-site in Redondo Beach, CA.

You will manage shooting, lighting, and on-set collaboration to ensure high retention and engaging storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proven track record producing and editing long-form YouTube content.
• Comfortable running a full production day from camera to final cut.
• Able to reliably commit to Redondo Beach, 4 to 5 full days a month.

Responsibilities

• Production & Filming: Run full-day, on-site shoots 4–5x per month minimum.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit long-form episodes with pacing and storytelling.
• Collaboration: Structure each episode with the team and host; on-set direction.
• Channel Development: Propose formats and maintain visual consistency across episodes.
