Job summary

Runway is seeking a YouTube Creator & Educator to build and own our YouTube channel. You’ll be on-screen, behind the camera, in editing and in the tools, teaching filmmakers and marketers how to do real things with generative AI.

You’ll craft content from concept to publish, using Runway’s media toolkit, and demonstrate practical outcomes such as ads, short films, and production workflows for a broad audience of beginners to professionals.

Qualifications

• Must maintain an active YouTube channel or substantial body of long-form video work.
• Expert editing and motion graphics skills with professional software.
• Hands-on Runway experience and fluency with other generative AI video tools.
• Clear point of view on filmmaking/advertising/visual storytelling in work.

Responsibilities

• Set the channel strategy with the creative team: topics, formats, cadence and audience.
• Own growth, watch time and retention, and iterate on what works.
• Write, film, edit and finish every video, including screen recordings and on-camera segments.
• Use Runway's generative tools as a core part of your workflow and teach production techniques.
• Ground tutorials in real outcomes and teach production technique for beginners through pros.
• Build a viewer community and partner with Product and Marketing on launches.
