Job summary

Runway is seeking a YouTube Creator & Educator to build and own our YouTube channel. You’ll be on-screen, behind the camera, in the edit and in the tools, teaching filmmakers and storytellers how to do real things with generative AI.

You’ll create tutorials and full production videos, including screen recordings and motion graphics, from concept to publish, with freedom to shape formats and audience engagement. Remote-friendly across the US/Canada.

Qualifications

Active YouTube channel or substantial body of published long-form video work.
Expert editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent).
Advanced hands-on Runway experience and fluency with other generative AI video tools.
A clear point of view on filmmaking, advertising or visual storytelling that comes through in the work.

Responsibilities

Set the channel strategy with the creative team: topics, formats, cadence and audience.
Own growth, watch time and retention, and iterate on what works.
Write, film, edit and finish every video, including screen recordings and motion graphics.
Use Runway's generative tools as a core part of your workflow and production pipeline.
Ground tutorials in real outcomes: polished product ads, short films, or VFX shots.
Build a viewer community and partner with Product/Marketing on launches.
