Spy Ninjas Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a YouTube-obsessed Creative (Editor / Writer / Director) to help craft videos that captivate millions. You’ll write, shoot, edit, and direct who can move a concept from idea to final cut with pace and humor.

This on-site role offers paid training, mentorship from a fast-paced team, and opportunities to shape serialized stories, thumbnails, and retention strategies across a high-energy channel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in video production/editing.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere (Photoshop is a plus).
• Ability to take an idea from concept to final video.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Strong creative instincts and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Come up with video ideas that people will actually click on and watch all the way through
• Write scripts that are fast-paced, engaging, and built for retention
• Direct shoots with actors and creators, keeping energy high and content focused
• Film using YouTube-style techniques that keep things dynamic and watchable
• Edit in Adobe Premiere with strong pacing, humor, and storytelling instincts
• Create thumbnails in Photoshop that stand out and drive clicks
• Handle post-production: color, sound, and final delivery
• Collaborate daily with a team that is constantly testing and improving content
• Stay on top of YouTube trends, formats, and what’s working right now
