You’ll oversee the creative process, determine stories to tell, and raise the overall quality of content, while remaining a mentor to the team. The role requires relocation to Las Vegas, NV to film and produce videos at Spy Ninjas HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing story-driven content for YouTube, television, film, or digital media.
• Strong experience generating, developing, and executing narrative content from concept through final delivery.
• Collaborative leader with a track record helping others develop ideas and produce their best work.

Responsabilités

• Lead the ideation process across the Spy Ninjas content slate—developing episode concepts, challenges, storylines, character moments, and larger narrative arcs.
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to translate creative strategy into actionable content plans.
• Guide brainstorming sessions and help build a consistent pipeline of fresh, audience-focused ideas.
• Refine, strengthen, and pressure-test concepts before they move into production.
• Own story development across multiple episodes, ensuring narratives remain engaging, cohesive, and true to the Spy Ninjas brand.
• Mentor Junior Creatives as they develop concepts, write stories, plan productions, and execute content.
• Collaborate with production and post-production teams to ensure stories are successfully realized on screen.
• Help solve creative challenges during development, production, and editing.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Spy Ninjas lore, audience preferences, YouTube trends, and evolving platform best practices.
• Continuously identify new formats, recurring segments, storytelling devices, and creative opportunities that help grow the franchise.
