Charm Me LLC is seeking a YouTube Creative Director to establish a long-form, creator-led channel in Los Angeles. You will own the concept-to-release creative process, combining story development, on-camera direction, and performance improvement via YouTube analytics.

You will oversee production, shape packaging for audience growth, and refine future videos using platform insights. On-site role with collaboration across the team and talent on set.

Qualifications

• Experience as a YouTube creative director, creative producer, or similar role on a creator-led channel.
• Portfolio of long-form videos you conceived and directed that tell a story or run a challenge for a beauty audience.
• Strong instincts for hooks, story structure, titles, thumbnails, and cinematic B roll.
• Comfort directing talent on set in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Invent long-form concepts that Christi can shoot with a hook in the first 30 seconds.
• Write outlines or scripts and direct titles and thumbnail direction to the high-concept style.
• Direct Christi on camera as A-roll and plan/direct cinematic B-roll.
• Run the production calendar from idea development through release.
• Use YouTube analytics (CTR, retention, traffic sources) to improve the next video.
• Guide the edit with notes; may be hands-on in post at first, core focus is creative direction.
• Own the idea, shoot, and packaging for long-form YouTube content.
