Men in Blazers LLC is seeking a Coordinating Producer, YouTube, to drive end-to-end publishing and backend strategy across our video channels. You will lead a dedicated publishing team, act as the final content quality check, and optimize post-production workflows to maximize audience engagement and brand growth.

You’ll collaborate with senior leadership on titles, thumbnails, and programming schedules, track calendars, and deliver regular rollout reports across MiB’s cross-platform content

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing both audio and visual digital content across platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across development lifecycles.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and content distribution tools.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership.
• Football enthusiast with passion for the game.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end YouTube publishing and backend strategy.
• Lead the YouTube publishing team for MiB channels.
• Maintain production calendars and coordinate with staff.
• Serve as final screen for videos and provide editor notes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on thumbnails, titles, and programming.
• Upload videos and manage metadata, playlists, and community posts.
• Publish YT Shorts and ensure schedule alignment.
• Produce regular content rollout reports for senior management.
